Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using 9S Centre's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Membership and Services
- Membership fees are due monthly in advance
- Members must comply with facility rules and guidelines
- 24/7 access is subject to security protocols
- Meeting room bookings require advance notice
Event Booking Terms
Payment Terms
- Booking deposit: $100 required to secure booking
- Balance due: 3 business days before event
- Late payment may result in booking cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- 14+ days notice: Full refund including deposit
- 7-14 days notice: Balance refund, deposit non-refundable
- Within 7 days: No refund
Liability and Responsibility
Members and event organizers are responsible for their personal property and any damages caused to the facility during their use.
