Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 9S Centre's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Membership and Services

Membership fees are due monthly in advance
Members must comply with facility rules and guidelines
24/7 access is subject to security protocols
Meeting room bookings require advance notice

Event Booking Terms

Payment Terms

Booking deposit: $100 required to secure booking
Balance due: 3 business days before event
Late payment may result in booking cancellation

Cancellation Policy

14+ days notice: Full refund including deposit
7-14 days notice: Balance refund, deposit non-refundable
Within 7 days: No refund

Liability and Responsibility

Members and event organizers are responsible for their personal property and any damages caused to the facility during their use.
