Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 9S Centre's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Membership and Services

  • Membership fees are due monthly in advance
  • Members must comply with facility rules and guidelines
  • 24/7 access is subject to security protocols
  • Meeting room bookings require advance notice

Event Booking Terms

Payment Terms

  • Booking deposit: $100 required to secure booking
  • Balance due: 3 business days before event
  • Late payment may result in booking cancellation

Cancellation Policy

  • 14+ days notice: Full refund including deposit
  • 7-14 days notice: Balance refund, deposit non-refundable
  • Within 7 days: No refund

Liability and Responsibility

Members and event organizers are responsible for their personal property and any damages caused to the facility during their use.
